2.0 MGD Package Surface Water Treatment Facility | Roberts Upflow Clarifier Filtration Plant. Coordination with regulatory agencies – Memorandum of Understanding precluding Consent Order Agreement. Permitting, design, and construction management for a $3.6 million water treatment filtration facility. This project successfully provided treatment for the Borough’s groundwater sources and was completed without a single design-related change order being required.
